The Space
Two zones, one rhythm.
Approximately 3,500 sq ft in Adda Heights, Johor Bahru. Sanctuary, public zone, multifunction hall, indoor resting area. Japandi industrial, designed by Spazehaus.
Sanctuary
A room of your own.
Sanctuary is a women-only zone with its own entrance, its own thermal circuit, and its own rhythm. No performance required. No audience.
A hot pool and cold plunge sit side by side. The sauna holds 8 to 10. Full dressing room with wood-panelled lockers and vanity counter. The contrast protocol is identical to the public floor — the only difference is who is in the room with you.

Public Zone
Where strangers become familiar.
The public floor is the social heart of Icebatu. Men and women side by side, working through the same protocol — cold, heat, cold again. No one is watching you. Everyone is too busy with themselves.
Rooted tropical planters sit between the two cold plunges. The sauna holds up to 15. You are not forced to speak to anyone — but at 12°C, after ten minutes in the sauna, conversation tends to happen anyway.
